Barcode
The barcode feature supports integration with a barcode reader through the USB port of the R700 using the USB/Serial interface or integration via TCP/IP if the barcode reader has this feature.
When selecting the Serial interface for the barcode reader, it is important to inform the baudrate, in general the best results tested were with 9600.
For the TCP/IP interface, you must inform the IP address, the port, the expected length of the data and optionally the string informed by the barcode reader in case of a reading error (if it offers this feature).
When activating this resource, the JSON generated by Smartreader Embedded will publish an additional attribute "barcode" containing the read barcode.
